LA ROSALIE / 2015

 

I've worked at Hermès in the Decoration department for the project of « La Rosalie»  which is a 4-wheels 2-seats bicycle. «La Rosalie»was used as a decorative element for the window display and integrated in a decor made of wicker, sand and flag inspired by Raoul Dufy paintings. The project was exhibited in the main window of the store on 24 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré during the whole summer 2015.

The brief was to create a dynamic and luxurious Rosalie and incorporate ideas as wandering, contemplation, dandyism and craft. The vehicule is made of steel trimmed with leather and wicker, using some elements from «le Flâneur» like the lights. I had to design the all vehicule but also the details and accessories.
